About me: I have been working in television for 20 years.
I have made observational documentaries, factual entertainment, news and current affairs, archive based and drama recon programmes for the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, ITV, Sky, National Geographic, Discovery Networks. I have set up international shoots. I am experienced in managing large budgets (using PMI and Excel), risk management of productions, working with children, working to tight deadlines, archive research and music clearance and post production. I am an excellent communicator and good at people management.
I stay calm under pressure, have a good eye for detail, and am good at problem solving.
I am available to work 4 days a week or full time.
I have particular experience in making programmes with stringent health and safety requirements, shooting in the US, music documentaries and programmes about young people.
