Negotiated and managed the financial, contractual and H&S aspects of all productions and ensured the highest level of production value. Managed the commercial relationship between the company, broadcasters and distributors, including co-production and project finance negotiations with BBC, C4, Five, Sky, ITV, DCI, DNE, Discovery Canada, NatGeo, A&E, Fremantle, Electric Sky, Southern Star. Engaged and managed the production staff. Designed and maintained all IT/network requirements - databases and websites, cameras and Avid edit suites.
